Who cannot donate after death?

Ans: Individuals with communicable diseases such as HIV, hepatitis, or rabies, as well as those with serious eye infections or cancer in or near the eyes, are not eligible to donate after death. However, they can still choose to pledge during their lifetime as a gesture of support and awareness.
